Ball Hockey Nation began in September of 2007 in Toronto, ON, Canada.  The first league was an 18+ men’s recreational ball hockey league which is now preparing to begin its 3rd year and 5th season of existence.  Many of the original teams and players re-register every season.
Ball Hockey Nation (BHN for short) was created out of the need for safe, fun, competitive and inexpensive sports in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area).  Their motto is Safe! Fun! Competitve!

Beginner Pick Up Hockey

Hockey Finder LLC is looking to add to it’s growing list of hockey games by offering beginner pick up hockey games and intermediate pick up hockey games for both adults and children in cities across the United States and Canada. If you are having a hard time finding the right place to play where you can learn the game in a fun, safe environment then this is what you’ve been looking for. Sign up at www.hockeyfinder.com. Beginner Hockey or Intermediate games posted on Hockey Finder at http://hockeyfinder.com/adulthockeyclub are pickup games with goalies in Toronto. This is not considered shinny since full equipment is required.

We have a pickup ice hockey game for all levels, but the beginner hockey game is intended for the new or low-level players that want to play and learn at their own pace without any pressure.

All games are coed and no intentional body contact is tolerated. We have goalies! Every game always has two goalies and the organizer brings a spare set of goalie gear in case one gets hurt or can’t show up.
