HockeyFinder beer league!?!?

We are looking to put together 4-8 teams.

Players register as individuals, captains will be determined and we
will do a draft to determine teams. Each team will be balanced by
skill level. Each team will have players of every variety of skill.

10 games, primarily Tuesday nights although the possibility of
Wednesday and/or Thursday. Games will have ref’s.

$150 per 10 week season (10 games). 1st season starts late fall.

More details to come. If you are interested and want to be first to
get a registration form please reply right away. Registration will be
very limited as we are only forming a smaller personal league.

Luongo’s contract under investigation

After Richard Bloch’s ruling to void Ilya Kovalchuk’s contract on Monday other such front-ended hockey contracts could be in jeopordy. Canucks general manager Mike Gillis confirmed to the Vancouver Sun that the league is still looking into Roberto Luongo’s 12-year contract that was signed last fall.
I don’t know about you but this could open a can of worms for the NHL.
